- Call data from your HubSpot account

The Service provides draft quotes and proposals for review and is intended to assist in your sales process, not replace human judgment.

By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that:

- You are authorized to bind your organization to these Terms
- You have read and understood these Terms
- You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations

3. User Accounts and Access

- You must have a valid HubSpot account to use our Service
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

- Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the Service
- Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties

4. Data and Privacy

By using the Service, you grant us permission to:

- Process this data to generate AI-powered quotes and proposals
- Store necessary data to improve Service performance

4.3 Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data, but cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for ensuring your HubSpot account security.

5. AI-Generated Content

5.1 Draft Nature

All quotes and proposals generated by our Service are drafts only. You are responsible for:

- Reviewing all AI-generated content before use
- Verifying accuracy of pricing, terms, and product details
- Making necessary modifications before sending to customers
- Ensuring compliance with your business policies and legal requirements

5.2 No Warranties

We do not warrant that AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific needs. The Service is provided as a tool to assist your sales process, not replace professional judgment.

6. Fees and Payment

6.1 Subscription Fees

- WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
- OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM

9.2 Business Decisions

You acknowledge that:

- All business decisions based on AI-generated content are your responsibility
- We are not liable for lost sales, customer disputes, or business losses
- You should verify all pricing and terms before finalizing quotes

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from:

- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Any quotes or proposals you send to customers
- Your failure to comply with applicable laws

11. Term and Termination

These Terms remain in effect while you use the Service.
